Book you ticket here (via Eventbrite)

Course brief:

In this 5 weeks course we will be preparing traditional Igbo recipes, led by excellent cook and food blogger Nancy Odogwu. We are cooking Jollof with Assorted Meat or Fish, Puff Puff, Chin Chin, Egusi Soup and Ofe Nsala. On the fifth week students will get a chance to recreate a dish they have learnt or cook something completely new.

Come and perfect your cooking and presentation skills and meet others that love making African dishes.

To secure your place, please make the full payment and confirm back to us your payment reference. We will then confirm back to you and follow up nearer the time with more detail on the course.

Many thanks
